Tamara Henderson’s Seasons End: Out of Body is a choreography for film. Costumes will embody a language that the artist has conceived to a build an understanding of what it means to mourn.

Presented as part of Park Nights 2017, the Serpentine’s experimental, interdisciplinary live platform, programmed for the Galleries’ annual architectural commission, the Serpentine Pavilion – which is this year supported by the Goethe-Institut.

Tamara Henderson is an artist known for her writing and photography which organically develop into sculpture and film works. Her practice takes an instinctive approach and often inanimate objects form an aspect of implied participation. She is interested in states of being and positing the suggestion of an escape from conscious experience.
