East Glasgow Meets East London
A presentation and celebration of a new commission by Goethe-Institut Glasgow and the CCA which resulted in a collaborative drinks production and trans-local exchange
London based artist Kathrin Böhm will introduce the idea that a drinks company can be art, using
Company Drinks as an example for how cultural and commercial concepts can merge.
This will be followed by a shared presentation by Kathrin Böhm together with Natalia Jejer from Glasgow’s
Bottle of Ginger, outlining and illustrating their collaborative drinks production which resulted in parallel picking, drinks making and tasting events in east Glasgow and east London.
The new Twinned Drink and the wider range of Company Drinks’ alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be served afterwards.
