A night with Daniel Oberko

Every first Wednesday of the Month young artists will be provided a platform to showcase their artistic creations to an open-minded audience on the unique terrace of the Goethe-Institut in Accra. Unplugged and diverse solo performances bathed in warm light create a serene atmosphere that encourages an intense one-to-one exchange between artist and audience. The culinary well-being will be guaranteed by the Goethe Canteen.

An ABANSURO night with Daniel Oberko

Daniel Oberko is writer and a published author with a deep interest in poetry and life style. His maiden book, “Finding Your Purpose”, which was published in 2012, set the stage for engaging a wider space of readers.
Educated at the University of Ghana, University of Kassel and Berlin School of Economics and Law, he has adapted experiences in his travels in Africa and other parts of the world to the ingredients of his writings, thereby providing them with a unique posture and enforcement.
Currently an activist with the Public Services International (PSI) as an organizer, his writings are a reflection of various aspects of his life alongside forays into politics and religion.
As an author he has realized the fact that there is no point limiting yourself in what you write. “As long as you think it, write it. At the end of the day, someone will be impacted by what you write. That is the essence and purpose of the writer”.
