Game Kitchen will finally open in the physical space in May - welcome to Current Plans, the art space located in Sham Shui Po. While the sharing will start at 7 PM, the space will be open from 4 PM. You are most welcome to come earlier and play games together!

The event will be conducted in Cantonese, English translation could be provided by request.
The event will also be streamed live online. If you want to join the online viewing room, please register here.
What kind of product do you get when you mix literature and board games together?
How do you make a globally-distributed board game in Hong Kong?
How do you start your own project financed by people via kickstarter?

In the next session, Game Kitchen has invited Terry Cheung, the designer of the board game "Déjà vu: Fragments of Memories" and the founder of Asteria Games. We'll play Déjà vu together and hear about his experience designing, producing, and publishing the game and the two board games. Terry Cheung believes that board games are an important cultural media that creates interesting and popular sparks when interacted with other cultural forms. Having successfully attemped to combine board game and literature, he is now exploring the chemical reactions between board games and animation, and board games and traditional Chinese theology.
