“The Room of Depression” is an adventure PC game produced by Hong Kong independent game designer Simon But. The game focuses on expressing the experience and feeling of being depressed. The designer dedicates himself to using the game as a medium for raising awareness among players, and disrupting the stereotypes of depression in pop culture. The game is inspired by “Hellblade” and “Florence” to push players to feel instead of to calculate and strategise.
