new STEPS in GERMANY
On May 14, the Goethe-Institut Bandung invites you to this year´s Open House, with performances by musicians, artists from Bandung and more!
Goethe-Institut: This name is known to most people in Indonesia who have a connection to Germany by learning the German language, having studied in Germany or being interested in German culture. The Goethe-Institut in Indonesia offers language courses, trains German teachers, manages libraries and archives with German books, films and other media and carries out many cultural events in which Indonesian and German artists perform together.
At the Open House the Goethe-Institut Bandung will present various aspects of its activities. In addition to a range of entertaining programs for the whole family, a moderated talk show, discussing "new STEPS in GERMANY" will be one of the main programs. Experts of GIZ as well as Alumni with various experiences in Germany show different ways to living and working in Germany. They will be a “lucky number” rally, Bandung artists will show their skills as part of a "Art Attack by Cangkedong”. In the library the rally Action Bound takes place, in which the visitors can discover the library through a digital game. Besides that, you can play board games, get to know the language teaching methods of the Goethe Institute in introductory courses and taste german culinary specialties.
