Time travel through the Goethe-Institut Bandung from 1969 to today
On the occasion of its 50th-anniversary celebration, the Goethe-Institut Bandung invites you to take a photographic journey through time thanks to state-of-the-art technology. The historical photo exhibition takes advantage of augmented reality to link the history of the Goethe-Institut Bandung to the present. The interplay of modern technology in which photographs are interconnected with apps makes it possible for the photographic treasures of the last five decades to be stunningly visualized. The time traveler gains insight into the past events and collaborations of the Goethe-Institut Bandung covering a 50-year span from 1969 to today.
This special photographic journey through time was made possible with the support of the Indonesian Photography Archive, which has collaborated in the past with the Goethe-Institut Bandung in organizing and archiving photographic collections and presentations for photo exhibitions using augmented reality.
