Hygiene Requirements

We are happy to welcome you to our language courses and/or exams. However, it is vital to follow health protocols when coming to the Goethe-Institut.

As participants, you ...

…must…

  • wear a medical mask at all times (bring spares!)
  • keep a distance of 1,5m from others
  • Check in via SATUSEHAT app
  • bring own prayer mat and praying clothes for ladies if needed

Additional requirements for exam participants:

  • show the printed-out exam invitation along with the original valid passport/ID card
  • show proof of full vaccination (exams: see graphic “WHAT IF…”)
 

…should…

  • bring your own hand sanitizer or disinfectant spray
  • not bring your own vehicle (no parking; only drop off).

Additional requirements for exam participants:

  • isolate yourself from others as much as possible until the exam day
 

 …may not…

  • flock and gather in groups
  • bring company onto the premises of Goethe-Institut

What if ...
Entry requirements for your exam (in regard to vaccination status)

*Provable by convalescence certificate maximum 6 months, or positive PCR test minimum 1 month, maximum 6 months **Negative COVID-19 Test Results from one of the test center registered on the Indonesian Health Ministry; Antigen test from a registered test center located in JABODETABEK
*Have completed at least the third dose of vaccination.
**Antigen test from a registered test center affiliated with PeduliLindungi.
  • On the exam day, original documents/certificates must be shown (e.g. in the app PeduliLindungi).
  • Participants without relevant documents may be excluded on the exam day without replacement or refund.
