This November, the series heads to Bandung, bringing a fresh collaboration between two veteran electronic musicians who have long navigated the intersections of sound and moving image.

Titled “Ten~Net,” the project riffs on the dual meaning of its name — “Ten” and “Net” — a play of reflection and inversion, like a mirror that looks the same from both sides, suggesting a feedback loop of exchange and return. The two artists dive into a sonic tug-of-war, probing the symmetry between image and sound, intuition and system, performer and machine.

Armed with an acute awareness of today’s technological landscape, they construct a dialogue that feels at once calculated and spontaneous — an improvisation born out of real-time interplay between humans and their tools. Machine learning and generative systems aren’t just instruments here; they’re active agents, pulling the audience into a new kind of two-way experience.

Across 45 minutes, “Ten~Net” unfolds as a sensory drift through morphing electronic terrains, from minimal and microsound textures to glitch fragments and contemporary jazz grooves. Fusing light and sound, the performance transforms its venue into a living ecosystem where every frequency and flicker feels alive.
