10 years of Science Film Festival in Indonesia
Leading up to the 10th Science Film Festival in Indonesia, Goethe-Institut Indonesien in cooperation with National Gallery of Indonesia, hosts a program of film screenings, simple scientific experiments and board games in Festival Seni Rupa Anak Indonesia from July 24th to 26th and August 7th to 9th giving a taste of Science Film Festival at its best.
Reaching out to children and teenagers aged 9-14 years, the Science Film Festival as well as the pre-event feature films that communicate science and technology in an entertaining and comprehensible way.
Combining education and entertainment, the Science Film Festival demonstrates that communicating and learning about science and technology can be great fun.
In 2019, the Science Film Festival will be back in Indonesia for the 10th time. This year, the festival features the theme “Humboldt and the Web of Life” and, as in past years, will run during the months of October and November in many cities of Indonesia.
