Piano recital celebrating a special occasion!
2022 has been a momentous year for Indonesian-German cooperation. It marks the 70th anniversary of Indonesian-German diplomatic relations. Commemorating this important milestone, the Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany together with Goethe-Institut Indonesien invites you to piano recital of Caroline Fischer on Friday, 25th November 2022. The recital will begin at 7 PM.
Caroline Fischer is a German-Korean concert pianist that has given numerous concerts in Europe, Asia, South America and the USA and has performed in major concert halls, such as the Philharmonie Berlin, Carnegie Hall New York, Konzerthaus Berlin, Seoul Arts Center, Musikhalle Hamburg, Gumho Art Hall Seoul, Beijing Forbidden City Concert Hall.
She has won more than 30 prizes and awards in national and international competition, such as “Jugend musiziert” Competition, International Steinway Piano Competition Berlin, International Queen Sophie Charlotte Competition, Förderpreis Berliner Salon, Vienna Grand Prize Virtuoso. She has received scholarships from numerous renowned foundations: Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, Akademie der Künste Berlin, Hans und Eugenia Jütting Stiftung, and Lutz – E. Adolf Stiftung für Hochbegabte, among others.
During her visit to Indonesia, she will also perform in Surabaya at Wisma Jerman.
