Learn Your Way

Study independently in your own time with the learning materials on our learning platform. Explore the online exercises for each level and all language needs, and receive instant feedback on your performance.

Live sessions

Study together with your teacher and students in live sessions. We use the conferencing tool Zoom so you can learn online just like you would in our face-to-face classes. Get individual feedback from your teacher on speaking and writing exercises.

Ongoing Support

Your teacher will introduce you to the conferencing tool and learning platform. During the course you will receive regular individual feedback. Our language office is always available to help with your questions.

Online Group Course

Our intensive course with even more flexibility

Our online group course is for everybody who wants to learn German self-directedly without losing the feeling of being within a group. All four skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) will be trained. The course takes place on the learning platform of Goethe-Institut and in a virtual classroom.

If you have never studied German before or simply cannot remember anything, start at level A1.1 for an 8 weeks class or A1 for a 16 weeks class.

Online Individual Course

Ideal for your individual needs

With our Online Individual course you will practise your reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in the most flexible way. You determine your learning speed. A tutor will give you individual feedback throughout the class. This course uses the Goethe-Institut’s learning platform. You will also have online live sessions with your tutor. Choose your individual starting date together with the language office.

FAQs

For an optimal learning experience, you need a Windows or Mac desktop computer or laptop. We do not recommend tablets, iPads, smartphones or other mobile equipment for this course, although it is possible to use them.
 
You need a headset with microphone. If you use the built-in speakers and microphone on your laptop, it might cause an echo for the other participants in the online classrooms.
In case of cancellation, the following fees apply:
a) Up to 4 weeks before beginning of course 10% of course fee,
b) Up to 1 week before beginning of course 20% of course fee,
c) Up to 1 day before beginning of course 30% of course fee,
d) After course begins 100% of course fee.

Students should consider their personal commitments and circumstances before enrolment, as we regret that no fees are refundable once the course has started.

We reserve the right to cancel classes with fewer than 10 students up to 24 hours before a course is due to start. In this case we will give you a full refund of the course fee paid. No other costs except the course fee will be refunded,
