Culture Night at the Goethe-Institut 2018

Culture Night 2018 © Culture Night

Fri, 21.09.2018

4:30 PM - 10:00 PM

It seems appropriate that our re-opening coincides with Culture Night 2018, so we’re filling our beautifully restored building with culture from far and near for this annual celebration of all things creative.

We invite you to come along to check out Dublin’s newest cultural building and enjoy performances, film screenings, talks, a fantasy reading with illustrations and an exhibition in the Return Gallery. You can visit our Library and Language Department to find out about German courses and our library services, and we’ll have some German refreshments and treats in our new courtyard garden.

In addition to events happening at 37 Merrion Square, the Goethe-Institut is supporting the presentation of Peaches Christ Superstar at the Abbey Theatre as part of Dublin Fringe Festival 2018: the whole of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar performed by electro-rock provocateuse Peaches.

A chance to immerse yourself in German culture in the heart of Dublin. Zehr gut!
