She She Pop: Oratorium

From December 2018 to June 2019 German theatre maker Johanna Freiburg will be working with five participants based in Ireland. This mentorship programme is a unique opportunity for theatre and performance practitioners of all kinds to develop an early-stage idea for performance, outside the pressures of production. The engagement of the mentor is aimed to pose challenges and offer interrogations within a supportive structure.

Symposium Day

Saturday, 29 June 2018, 1.30 - 5.30 pm
Gate Theatre Studio

Cavendish Row, Parnell Square, Dublin 1

The 6th Pan Pan International Mentorship is coming to a close with a Symposium Day on 29 June 2019 in the Gate Theatre Studio.
The Symposium Day is an informal event where the participants, Doireann Coady, Veronica Dyas, Fionnuala Gygax, Alan Howley and Michelle Read, will introduce and discuss some of the ideas and working methods that they explored during the mentorship.
This year's mentor Johanna Freiburg will also give an introduction to her work with the internationally acclaimed performance collective She She Pop.
Pan Pan's Symposium Day offers a fascinating and unique insight into the way theatre is made, for audiences and theatre makers alike.

Admission free, but booking required by email to Lian Bell, Mentorship Producer, on lian.bell@gmail.com
