Due to the current situation, the seminar phase will be provided online, each time on two consecutive afternoons.
Are you looking for ways to enhance your current language and communication skills? Are you interested in developing a more interactive teaching style? Would you like to exchange best practice examples, ideas and insights with other teachers of German?
The Goethe-Institut offers the teacher training course DLL (Deutsch Lehren Lernen) Modul 5 “Lernmaterialien und Medien” which incorporates the principle of professional development through collaborative action research.
Deutsch Lehren Lernen (DLL 5 – Lernmaterialien und Medien)
The Goethe-Institut offers this teacher training course, which incorporates the principle of professional development through collaborative action research. This course offers teachers of German opportunities to:
- enhance their current language and communication skills and competencies
- broaden their understanding of MFL pedagogy
- cover the content in module 5 and learn:
- how to evaluate the quality of books and
teaching materials set in the classroom
- how to devise effective teaching
materials to support the interaction
between teacher and students
- how to use the potential of media and
digital media in the lessons to work on
appropriate projects based on a task
based language learning approach
- experience how a teacher-led investigative model supports CPD
You will be supported by experienced trainers as you select, plan and implement appropriate individual, pair and group work tasks, facilitating interaction among your learners to help them make progress.

Introduction to DLL 5/Practice Exploration Projects (PEP)
Online Phase:

Learning by observing, reflecting on practice, evaluation and monitoring of PEP
