Jazzfest Melt Trio
The German jazz band, Melt Trio will be touring the South Asian region in November and December 2016. The Melt Trio is Peter Meyer on guitar, Bernhard Meyer on bass and Moritz Baumgärtner on drums.
After two highly praised records (Melt, 2011 and Hymnolia 2013), Melt Trio present their third Album Stroy. The brothers Peter and Bernhard Meyer on guitars and bass, and drummer Moritz Baumgärtner have invented a sound that overrides established concepts of jazz improvisation, alternative rock, modern classical music and ambient sound.
This programme is part of the Annual Kolkata Jazzfest.
