How do we find beauty IN THE FAMILIARITY OF OUR STREETS?

A WORKSHOP-SERIES OVER 3 DAYS!

Dates: 19.10 | 21.10 | 25.10
For: young and young-at-heart people aged 17 and above

The workshop 'things to come' would like to introduce you to photo series by internationally active photographers who deal with the thematic complex of the city in different ways.

We will gain insight into photographic concepts and image strategies and, based on these fundamentals, formulate individual ideas and try them out photographically.

The goal is to adopt our own photographic perspective with the cell phone or camera and to develop working ideas that can be shown in an online presentation as an intermediate state, or as an exhibition.

Workshop Instructor: Johannes Ernst

Johannes Ernst was born in Bonn, but lives and works as a freelance graphic designer and photographer in Leipzig. After his diploma in 'visual communication' at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf, he also completed a diploma in 'artistic photography' at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst in Leipzig and has been appointed master student in 2021.

Kindly register here for the workshop-series.

This workshop-series is part of the Urban Spaces project.
