Participation: Through prior registration online
As part of our second monthly teachers’ meeting of the year, Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan Kolkata, in association with ACTS Consultation, is conducting a session on the topic “Shaping the Future – Building a New Generation of Leaders”.
During the 90-minute virtual session, participants will explore authentic leadership traits that can be nurtured in students. The session will aim to equip the participants to think like leaders themselves as they nurture the next generation of world leaders.
This session will be composed of three sections:
- Design thinking exercise
- Structured discussion and exploration of authentic leadership
- Reflection on how to nurture them in students to make real impact
Learning about the fundamentals of leadership will be an empowering experience for all participants. It will challenge participants to instill more purpose into their management approach. Together the teachers will explore traits in a way that will leave a lasting impact.
Experts from ACTS Consultation, Ms. Niloma French & Mr. Nilav Kolay, will be conducting the session.
