In view of the current situation, the Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan Bangalore is following the directives of the local authorities and doing its bit in slowing the spread of the coronavirus.
The Bhavan is temporarily closed to the public, the German language classes have moved online and the staff is working from home.

German Examinations
The examinations scheduled for April 2021 have been cancelled and an e-mail credit-note will be provided to all applicants. As soon as we are able to offer in-person examinations, the website will be updated.Events

Online learning consists of different phases:
- You work on exercises, tasks and texts individually at home, managed and coordinated by your tutor
- You work on written assignments which will be evaluated by your tutor
- You meet your tutor and the other participants in online live sessions, communicate with them and learn together.
Once the Institute reopens, fresh exam dates for all language levels will be announced!
