THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM @GI Chennai

In association with Zubaan there will be a book launch of the English translation of the bilingual edition 'The Elephant in the Room' followed by a talk session by Nandini Krishnan along with the contributing artists Larissa Bertonasco, Ludmilla Bartscht and Priya Kurian.

Meet the Author @ GI Chennai This Indo-German anthology is a compilation of graphic stories conceived at the residency organized in Bangalore by the Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bh ava n New De l h i a n d developed in the months that followed. This encounter brought together sixteen comic artists - all women, from India and Germany to explore how women see the world and themselves, and how that is similar and different across cultures. 'Spring#13 – The Elephant in the Room' was launched in May 2016 at the Comic Salon Festival in Erlangen.
