Workshop Overview:

INTERPLAY offers the space to playfully challenge and surprise ourselves. This immersive workshop, led by renowned artist Andrea Hackl, combines somatic work, guided exploration of proposed principles and equally, set material; the training generally dives into and harvests the organic and fluid power of the body – using weight, momentum and breath. Finding our power in organic pathways, a natural interplay of forces and the fluidity of the body.
