Step into an evening of transformative art on 21st February 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Goethe-Institut, Chennai, with EF_FEMININITY—a groundbreaking documentary dance performance that redefines femininity, hyper-femininity, and effeminacy. This captivating show is part of the 4th edition of the Chennai Photo Biennale, celebrating the exhibition It’s Time to See… To Be Seen, which highlights women’s voices through photographic practices.

EF_FEMININITY brings together an Indo-Swiss ensemble of artists, including choreographers Chris Leuenberger and Marcel Schwald from Switzerland, alongside Indian performers Shilok Mukkati and Diya Naidu, with video appearances by Living Smile Vidya. Through movement, narrative, and multimedia, the performance dives deep into gender fluidity and challenges societal norms surrounding femininity.
