The moment of fairy tales is deeply intimate, it is something that goes beyond the personal data to be grafted onto an absolutely personal territory. Trickster-p returns to a fairy tale driven by the desire to work on a subject that belongs to the collective imagination and therefore allows one to lose interest in events to immerse oneself in that universe of images, evocations, sensations that the fairy tale brings with it.

.hg was born as a reading - and re-reading - of the classic fairy tale by Hänsel and Gretel and developed as an installation where theatre and visual arts merge. It is articulated along 9 different physical-sensorial spaces that are traversed by the spectator accompanied and led by earphones. Each space is a world of its own, a passage that leads into universes between the real and the dreamlike in which the mind slowly enters the imaginary and from a simple external spectator, it becomes part of it. The fairy tale is thus retraced looking for the points of rupture and those of intersection, the links between the world of childhood and adulthood.

Hänsel and Gretel is an animal story, cruel and ruthless
It is a story made of sounds and silences
It is a story of bones and flesh, of food and hunger
It is a story of home and of wood and still of home
It is the story of two children who, holding hands, go deep into the woods
It is a story that smells clean and at the same time ferocious.

.hg works in the balance between this ferocity and the lightness of a childish trait, for an experience that wants to be both aesthetic and sensorial.
