The increased use of digital media provides a chance for libraries as learning and meeting points, giving visitors the opportunity to acquire knowledge, learn new techniques and exchange ideas.
Pop Up Creative Room offers a space to flexibly engage in new content and learning of new skills. Join us if you are between the ages of 10 -16 and 17+ years.
Online workshop on:
JavaScript
This course introduces the JavaScript language, with a focus how to program using JavaScript, programming principles, interactivity and implementing effects for your web pages.
Learning Outcomes:
- Brush up on HTML concepts and forms
- Programming concepts such as variables, arrays, conditionals, loops, functions etc.
- Write and deploy Code to solve practical web design problems.
- Create a dynamic digital application on a website using button click, character typed, or mouse movement.
- Create simple games and animation using JavaScript
Date: 27.05.2022 - 30.05.2022
Time: 4:30 pm onwards
- 4 Sessions: 6 Hours (90 minutes per day)
- 3 innovative activities.
