Along with language, culture of a country, plays a pivotal role in any business communication. Our intercultural seminar 'Fit for Germany' is designed to address the important issues in intercultural communication between German and Indian companies. The 'Fit for Germany' seminar for associates of Indian companies is offered either in English or in regional language.

The seminar is ideally suited for delegates/associates travelling on a short business assignment to Germany or as a general preparation for employees working for a German organization.

This interactive seminar covers topics such as:

This Seminar sensitises the target group about the living conditions in India and the culture of India and creates an awareness about the work culture of it's business partners.

The one- to two-day seminars are conducted as per the customer's preference in German or English. In order to ensure spatial flexibility the seminars can be conducted in Europe as well in India. It is advantageous to conduct the seminar in Europe, in which case a large number of personnel involved directly or indirectly in indian projects can participate.
