The third edition of Info Session will be a day in the life of a translator taking place on Thursday, 6th April from 2:30pm – 3:30pm (IST). We will be in conversation with Simon Pare, where we learn tips and tricks of translating masterpieces.
Simon Pare is British, lives in Paris and translates literature, non-fiction and film from German and French. His published translations include works by the Austrian author
Christoph Ransmayr and French-Algerian author Anouar Benmalek as well as the English edition of The Panama Papers.
Our newly curated Info Session is a monthly event with three main areas of focus:
Study in Germany,
Learn Something New and
A Day in the Life. While our physical Library serves as a place for meetings and exploring, these Info Sessions are curated events that complement our regular services and showcase the activities of our library.
