The word culture itself comes from cultivate, and what is culture without its roots in cultivation? This pop-up explores that very connection, tracing how the act of growing, cooking, and sharing food has always been at the heart of human creativity and community.

CultureCon Pop-Up:From Cultivation to Culture is an intimate edition of CultureCon, designed to uncover how food moves beyond mere sustenance to become storytelling, identity, and art. Explore how food moves from the everyday to the extraordinary – as art, career, and culture. Through conversations, workshops, tastings, and community gatherings, this pop-up celebrates the people, ideas, and flavours shaping our culinary futures. It also dives into the expanding world of culinary careers, from chefs and food stylists to fermenters, researchers, and storytellers, spotlighting how young creatives are building meaningful, future-forward paths through food.

Whether you’re curious about where your food comes from or how it connects us across cultures,CultureCon Pop-Up: From Cultivation to Culture invites you to experience food as both an everyday act and a form of expression, a bridge between what we grow and who we become.
