Bangalore Literature Festival (BLF) will open its seventh edition on 27th & 28th October 2018 at the Hotel The LaLiT Ashok Bangalore. The BLF has emerged as the second largest literary festival in the country.
 
We are delighted to present award winning German poet, novelist and essayist Nora Bossong who would add colours to the festival.
 
Nora Bossong
, born in 1982 in Bremen, is a writer of poetry, novels and essays, and has been the recipient of several awards, including the prestigious Peter Huchel Prize and the Art Prize Berlin. In her novels Webers Protokolle and 36,9 Grad she interweaves history with the present and is adept at calmly and subtly observing the interplay of politics, society and literature. Her reportage Rotlicht (2017) received widespread media acclaim as an outstanding social study. Since April 2017, Nora Bossong has been a member of the advisory board of the PEN association of writers.
