The
Lakeside Doc Festival – LDF, is a space for intensive viewing of benchmark and award-winning international documentaries. The festival focusses on serious, creative documentaries on wide-ranging themes of human interest that reflect a high professional level of the art and craft of the documentary. The setting is a non-metropolitan central Himalayan forest and lakeside with no parallel events and an unadulterated experience of viewing documentaries.

Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan New Delhi, apart from donations by individual patrons. In-kind support for visits of international film-makers and screening fees has been provided by
