We invite you to the book launch of The Museum of Broken Tea Cups, written by author Gunjan Veda.
Poignant, visceral and deeply inspiring, The Museum of Broken Tea Cups is a bricolage of lived experiences—sights, sounds, sufferings and successes—myth, mysticism, memory and at times, recorded history, that celebrates the hitherto invisiblised contribution of Dalit communities to Indian culture and society.
The book launch will be followed by a discussion between author Gunjan Veda, Arpita Das, who is the founder and publisher of Yoda Press and co-publisher for this book, and Managing Trustee of Dalit Foundation, Martin Macwan. Post the discussion, renowned Dalit musician and artiste Sambhaji Bhagat will grace the evening with a musical performance.
