In the fourth program of the series ‘Meet the Author’ we present you Christopher Kloeble. He will read excerpts from his latest book Das Museum der Welt.
The reading will be in German and open to all.

About the Author:
Christopher Kloeble is a German novelist, playwright, and scriptwriter. He studied at the German Creative Writing Program in Leipzig, and he has held teaching assignments and residencies in Germany, the US, UK, and India, among others. For his first novel Amongst Loners, he won the Jürgen Ponto Stiftung prize for best debut 2008. The third book, Almost Everything Very Fast, which Kloeble is currently adapting as a feature film, was published in English with Graywolf Press (USA).
His first film script, Inclusion, was nominated for the Prix Europa for Best Movie Script. His new novel, The Museum of the World, came out in Germany in 2020. Kloeble lives in Berlin and Delhi.
The HIGHLIGHT: Meet the author, ask a question and win a prize worth Rs. 5000/- for the Best Question.
Six prizes to be won - each worth of Rs.5000/- of Credit Note of Goethe- Institut which could be encashed for German Exam Fees or German course at Goethe-institut in India.
How to participate:
• please download any one book of Christopher Kloeble from the Onleihe and read it
• ask one question based on the book. It could be about the character, place or a scene or a situation
• send the question along with your name and city by October 6, 2021 to library-bangalore@goethe.de
