Jaipur Literature Festival brings together a diverse mix of the world’s greatest writers, thinkers, humanitarians, politicians, business leaders, sports people and entertainers on one stage to champion the freedom to express and engage in thoughtful debate and dialogue. This year amongst them are two German authors chosen from The German List published by Seagull Publications (The German List - Goethe-Institut India), Friedrich Ani and Katharina Winkler, invited by the Goethe-Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan. They will be part of the virtual edition of the festival, starting from 5th March to 14 March 2022.
Katharina Winkler talks with Shipra Chaturvedi about Katharina Winkler's heartbreaking story of a stubborn woman trapped in an abusive marriage.
