The Art of the Personal Project is a crucial element to let viewers see how he thinks creatively on his own. He is drawn to personal projects that have an interesting vision or that show something he has never seen before.
The goal of Suvendu's photography is to notify the observer of a world that exists outside of their microcosm. For him, the ultimate compliment comes in the form of the question “where is that?”
It’s a project with emotional highs and lows that weave us all together in the human experience.
It is a memory project the memories and the witness of the changes after thirty-two years. It could easily be envisaged that the project would be more like a fiction than social documentary photography. So, adding fictional materials in the documentary photography changing the realms of documentary photography.
This is a project about memories, recollection and recreation of a personal within the political, challenging the stereotypical notions of documentary photography.
And finally, it’s a self-introspection too.
