Door of the East, HARAM

The documentary “Door of the East,” HARAM follows three women: Ayah Ben Ali from Tunisia, Israa Essam from Iraq, and Rose Yousef from Syria. They have escaped alone from their home country, seeking to fulfil their dreams of self-determination far away from fear, religious observance, and wars. Will they find what they were looking for in their new home, France?
