Rustle of Spring
The Menaka Sahabandu School of Voice and Piano and Menaka Singers will present 'Rustle of Spring' - a musical recital on Saturday 11th June 2022 at 7pm at the Goethe-Institute Hall.
The evening will feature well known works from Opera, Operetta, Lieder, Musical theatre, including works by Beethoven, Schubert, Mendelssohn, Mozart, Donizetti, Handel, Khachaturian, Grieg, Sinding and Chopin. Menaka De Fonseka Sahabandu is a piano and voice teacher in Sri Lanka, who has trained many aspiring musicians to reach their goals as performers and teachers for over 35 years.
Tickets are available (Rs 1000) at the Goethe-Institut from 2nd June onwards. You can get them from the security at the entrance of the institute.
