Application Form
Malaysian artists can apply for the AIR program by submitting:
- this online application form
- a letter of motivation with date and signature
- artist Bio and CV
- digitalized work samples and a description of site-specific projects
As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering artistic exchange with Borneo, this year’s AIR Exchange Programme is exclusively open to visual artists who are originally from Sarawak. While we prioritize artists who are currently practicing in Sarawak, we also welcome applications from Sarawakian artists based in other Malaysian states.
The Programme
The 3-month residency is designed for emerging visual artists who live and work in Malaysia. Proficiency in English is an additional requirement.
