The Goethe-Institut is located on Jalan Tun Razak, next to the U.S. Embassy and ten walking minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and the Petronas Towers.

Parking is available on the premises of the Goethe-Institut and in Jalan Langgak Golf.

The nearest LRT station is Ampang Park at the junction Jalan Tun Razak/Jalan Ampang, a 10-minute walk from the Goethe-Institut.
