Frequently Asked Questions

Are the current language courses still running as normal?

All language course particpants in our current courses will finish the course together with their teacher in a digital format starting 25.03.2020. Your teacher will be in touch and inform you about the next steps. You will find this information in your Online Classroom.

What about exams?

There are currently no exams. As soon as the Goethe-Institut can offer face-to-face exams again, alternative dates will be offered. Each participant will be notified personally.

Can I change my course / exam?

We currently offer all course and exam participants the opportunity to rebook your course or exam prior to their commencement. Please contact info-kl@goethe.de

What do I do about books, magazines or DVDs that I have borrowed?

All books, magazines and DVDs currently on loan, will be automatically renewed until 12 June 2020. You can also make use of our free online library.
