The Goethe-Institut Namibia’s classrooms have since later 2019 been buzzing with learning and the aspirations of 15 Namibian nurses attending intensive German foreign language classes in preparation for possible employment in Germany through the Capitalent Medical agency.

Based in Frankfurt, Capitalent scouts the globe for potential health professionals to fill the gap at medical facilities across Germany. For the first time are the nurses completing a language course in Namibia before their potential employment in May 2020.
The Deutsche Welle (DW) were present when delegates from the agency visited the students and conducted the final interviews to determine nurses’ potential employment.
