Contemporary African Literature

A series of online discussions – Virtual Gatherings - with honoured author, Zukiswa Wanner, through which she explores contemporary African literature with authors.

Virtually Yours aims to create an online platform for avid readers, writers and authors interested in African literature.

The series of online discussions will be held once per month from October till December 2020 and each feature an African author.

The audience is invited to submit questions during the sessions and deliberate on topics relevant to the development of contemporary African literature.

Zukiswa Wanner received the Goethe Medal 2020 in honour of her contribution to the development of African literature.
