Taiwo Jacob Ojudun is a Nigerian artist. He encountered art in high school where he joined the drama club. Following graduation, he joined a theatre group called "Crown Troupe of Africa". Taiwo seven years with the group, which allowed him to gain a lot of professional experience.
After this, he co-founded  non-profit art collective "Illuminatetheatre" in Lagos, in which he operates as the artistic director and also works as an independent artist. "lluminatetheatre", a creative lab where experimental artistic projects are created, serves as a theater collective for young people. It was established with the purpose of making a new statement in the African cultural sector by curating dynamic, innovative art projects in public spaces. 

Since 2018, Ojudun investigates colonial archives and unsustainable privileges. Apart from performing in all major theaters and festivals in his home country, Nigeria, he has performed in international spaces for contemporary art, including Savvy Contemporary, Galerie Wedding and Hamburg Theater Night. He is currently collaborating with  “Theater-X” based in Berlin.
