A theatre performance for the young audience
The theatre productions by the Magnet Theater Cape Town deals with ritual and rock, song and sound. The four young actors use stones to remind us of the importance of family, the power of journey, healing and the significance of finding our way home.
The theatre performance is for children between 2-8 years.
Rockin Mbokodo was conceptualized during a theatre workshop at the Magnet Theatre, Capetown, organized by the Goethe-Institut Johannesburg and in cooperation with the Helios Theatre Hamm/ Germany.

Kininso International Festival of Theatre (KIFT) is an annual festival for children with special focus on works dedicated for Early years. The festival is a platform to showcase new works and theatre of different forms for children, early years and teenagers.
KIFT runs from the 12th to 18th November 2019 in Lagos, Nigeria.
