Salah Naoura
Salah Naoura studied German and Scandinavian studies in Berlin and Stockholm. He concentrated on translating children's books from Swedish and English. After graduating, he was an editor for a children's book publisher for two years before becoming a self-employed translator and author from 1995. In 1997, his first book Der große Hund ist weg was published for beginning readers. His book Matti und Sami und die drei größten Fehler des Universums, published in 2011, was nominated for the German Youth Literature Award in 2012 in the children's book category. Salah Naoura lives in Berlin.
