British Council — Turing Scheme

After leaving the EU, the British Government launched a new funding programme for British students. The Turing Scheme intends to enable participants from schools, colleges and universities to gain study and work experience abroad. The Studentenwerke are partner organisations of the universities and answer all your questions about the preparation of your stay, such as financing, language requirements, visa, health insurance, registration of your place of residence, right through to completing your studies.

Research Internships in Science and Engineering (RISE)

Are you majoring in biology, chemistry, computer science, physics, geosciences or engineering and would like to gain scientific experience with doctoral candidates or scientists at a German university? RISE Germany arranges research internships for Bachelor students at universities and non-academic research institutions in Germany. The German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst – DAAD) supports you with a scholarship with which you can participate in a research project for up to three months in the summer.
