We are delighted to introduce you to this year’s Goethe-Institut Artist in Residence, the German theatre director and visual artist Anna Peschke.
Fresh from a massive project fusing “Der Ring des Nibelungen” with the art form of Peking Opera, culminating in a performance in the Radialsystem in Berlin, Anna Peschke has now come to New Zealand to work on a new collaboration with Kiwi writer, William Connor.
On Friday the 28th of February we look forward to welcoming her to the Goethe-Institut. We shall learn more about her artistic journey, working on multi-disciplinary projects such as the present collaboration combining installation and performance art, which will be presented in March.
