Featuring films in commemoration of the 30th Anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall

The 4th German Film Week makes its last stops at the Baguio City! 

The festival will be hosted by the Balay ni Ikeng Cinematek at Ili-Likha Artists Village established by National Artist for Film, Mr. Kidlat Tahimik, on December 13 to 19, 2019.

The festival will screen the following award-winning and notable films: 25km/h (Markus Goller), 100 Things (Florian David Fitz), All About Me (Caroline Link), Barbara (Christian Petzold), Berlin Blues (Oskar Roehler), Good Bye, Lenin! (Wolfgang Becker), Gundermann (Andreas Dresen), The Keeper (David Kross), and The Lives of Others (Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck).

To commemorate the said historical event, five of the films featured at the German Film Week will offer insight into life between East and West Germany during the divide from different perspectives.

Amazing surprises await the moviegoers as there will be an extra special Watch ‘n Win contest, in which everyone can participate. The quiz and the full mechanics can be found on the homepage of the German Film week: Goethe.de/GermanFilmWeekPH. The select individual will be rewarded a 4 day trip to Germany.

Admission to all screenings is free and open to the general public.
