The Goethe-Institut Philippinen invites you all as the Science Film Festival celebrates its 14th edition in the Philippines with another virtual festival. Goethe-Institut Manila is looking for an Accounting / Administrative Assistant starting on January/February 2024. Main tasks would be to assist in maintaining and recording financial transactions (bookkeeping, data entry) in SAP, assist in reviewing /checking proper documentation related to payment processing, assist in the procurement of vendors following the institute’s guidelines and procedures, and assist in other administrative tasks.

Main tasks would be to bein charge of proper maintenance of the company car, to perform duties to supplement the office operational needs, and provides back-up support in the submission/ delivery of documentary requirements, packages, or materials to various agencies as needed and ensuring that these are accomplished within the given time frame.
