Price list

The placement test is only available online. After completing the placement test, we will contact you in order to set an interview date with the teacher. The interview will be held via Zoom.

After the evaluation you can purchase the course via the website (Webshop) or you can send an email to: kursy-krakow@goethe.de.
The above message should include:
- your customer number (the number starts with 006...)
- your name and surname
- your chosen course
- who will pay for the course
Example: My name is Eva Smith, my customer number is 006123456, I want to register for A1.2 online Mon.,Wed. 5.15-6.45 PM. I will pay for the course myself. 

Should you need an invoice for a company, kindly include the data of the company in the email above. If the course will be paid by the company, kindly include a scan of a document confirming future payment by the company.

It is not possible to get an invoice for the company via Webshop.

Registration for the courses is held online (Webshop). Using appropriate filters helps to find the correct course.  
You may also register via the Language Courses Office (kursy-krakow@goethe.de). Kindly send us a message as per example:

Example: My name is Eva Smith, my customer number is 006123456, I want to register for A1.2 online Mon.,Wed. 5.15-6.45 PM. I will pay for the course myself.

After course registration you will receive the “Confirmation of Registration for the Course” in an attached pdf document with all relevant details. Kindly read the document carefully and after confirming that the details are correct, please pay for the course. The “Confirmation of Registration for the Course” contains our bank details. The description of the money transfer should contain your name, surname and customer number.

Should you decide to resign from the course before payment, kindly send us a message informing us of the fact as per example:
My name is Eva Smith, my customer number is 006123456, I am resigning from A1.2 online Mon.,Wed. 5.15-6.45 PM.
 

The course can be paid by the company. Kindly send a message with the following information to the Language Courses: kursy-krakow@goethe.de:
·         Customer Number (number that starts with 006…)
·         Name and surname
·         Course you want to register for
·         Company Information (company name, full address, and NIP number)
 
Example: My name is Eva Smith, my customer number is 006123456, I want to register for A1.2 online Mon.,Wed. 5.15-6.45 PM. I need an invoice for a company ABS, ul. Polna 3, 31-671 Kraków, NIP: 678 14 14 159. I will pay for the course myself. Send the invoice to my email address: eva.smith@gmail.com

The bank account number can be found in the “Confirmation of Registration for the Course” which you will receive by email after registration for the course. The account number is on the right hand side of the document.

If you have chosen an online course, the link is available on the e-learning platform, on the first page of your course.
 

Use of some materials published by Goethe Institut and participation in the courses are possible only if you register at MyGoethe.de. For help in registering please watch a short video film that shows how to register or read the document below that contains all relevant instructions. 
Instructions 

Your customer number can be found in the “Confirmation of Registration for the Course” which you will receive by email after registration for your course. The number starts with 006…
 

Your course will be available a day before the first online class on the Goethe Institute e-learning platform and on your profile in „MyGoethe.de”, in „Courses”.
The information required to login is the same for both portals.

You will be able access the course documents for 4 months after the course ends.   
 

The available courses can be found on the Goethe Institute Krakow website (Webshop).

The classes are held once or twice a week.
We offer courses on all levels: the basic levels (A1-A2), the intermediate levels (B1-B2) and the advanced levels (C1-C2).

Course Levels (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

Yes. Each person that has already studied German should take a placement test. The test is free of charge. 
 

Changes of course/group are possible under only one condition: that there is a place in another group. Should you want to change your group, kindly send us an email (kursy-krakow@goethe.de). Please include your customer number in your message.
 

If you participate in the standard courses (on-site or via Zoom) or courses for young students, kindly buy the necessary text books. They are not included in the price of the course.

The additional materials to study will be available on the e-learning platform.
For the German Online Group Courses (Deutsch Online-Gruppenkurs, DOGR) textbooks are not required. All the materials are available on the e-learning platform.
 

There are exam sessions in Goethe-Institute in Krakow in February, July and November. The additional exams are held in Tarnów und Kielce.
 

All the information about the exams are available on the Polish website or the German website.
