In a Historical Place
In February, our Goethe-Institut in Kigali joined the global Black History Month for the first time. It was full of education, interaction, discussion and celebration. We are of the opinion that the making visible of Black (hi)stories is not be concluded but continued.
Therefore, we have invited five Rwandan artists to engage with the historical space of Kandt House Museum and express themselves about African heritage, African identity and the question of Black.
