Poetry Slam/Open Mic

Poetry is a way of expressing feelings, writing about current issues and anything that keep one’s mind busy. Poetry Slam and Spoken Lyrics in general, are special forms of poetry that give the author an opportunity to engage with their audience directly. It opens up the possibility of not only conveying nice words, but making them come to life in order to bring across their meaning, just as the author imagines. Spoken Lyrics help the audience to understand what the author tries to say as they add the expression to presenting to their mere words on paper. Poetry Slam is a novel form of poetry and is used by young authors to express their opinions, to amuse their audience and release their inner thoughts.
The Poetry Slam/Open Mic night is open to everyone. Pieces you would like to present should be in English, French or German, but you are free in the style you present. There is no competition, we will merely enjoy poetic words of different people.
